"Fast quick friendly service. Only thing I don't like,which I think Is a company thing as other journeys does this, is when it's stated that a specific shoe is wanted in a specific size the associate will bring out that shoe with 4 or 5 others they "think you may like". I get it eliminates running back and forth to the back for some customers, but if I'm set on a shoe that is what I want."

"To the store owners: whoever was working on Saturday 4/25 about 11 am, that girl is a Rockstar. She was helping 3 or 4 customers when we walked in, while making us feel noticed. She helped us out, explained the ordering online as you didn't have my size. 10/10 would hire this girl if I needed an employee."
