"They never answer the dang phone and the place is dirty I went for a root canal and they left me in the room for hours and told me to make another appointment. I have to keep driving 30min back and forward just for them to sent me home with nothing done. I only have got my root canal done without a crown and it looks horrible."

"I went to this dentist in March 2020. Dr Harvey. Was running between three different rooms one including mine. He continued to take off his gloves. And going to different rooms and the return and put the same gloves back on without washing his hands and coughing all in my face . He put fillings in my mouth and then said I needed a deep cleaning. Before I left I was told I would be called back when they got my insurance approved for the deep cleaning. I will never go back again"

"I went to this place when I was a teenager for braces and have to say this was the worst dental experience I have ever had. The place was packed full of people for every appt. and I was never called backed anywhere close to my scheduled time and usually about an hour over. The receptionist and staff was very unprofessional and rude. The equipment and facility seemed like it was hand me downs from the 80's and hadn't been serviced for years. When I had my braces put on they were EXTREMELY rough with my mouth and it wasn't uncommon to leave with cuts and sores in my mouth after an appt. And this is just for braces remind you. I had brackets on my teeth routinely come loose. The worst part is they would leave the wire connecting my braces too long and it would gouge the back of my mouth behind my back tooth.This was the worst dentist office I have ever been to and can't believe this is place still open. I ended up leaving halfway through and going to another orthodontist to finish up my braces. It was honestly like heaven having decent people work on my braces. There was never any pain and they would even melt the end of the wire to give it a rounded edge so it wouldn't cut the back of my mouth. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE. They are very unprofessional and rude. It was the worst dental or medical office experience I have ever had!"
