"I do not recommend this place at all!!! I got a consultation for Invisalign and was told that I was a great candidate and it would only take about 8 months (16 sets). I paid $3,600 for it and then when I came in to pick them up, they added attachments to my teeth and put them on me without even telling me anything about it (I didn't know that I would have attachments on my teeth and wasn't prepared for the process, I expected more information). I made it to set 11 out of 16 when they stopped fitting me. I called numerous times and left messages but never got calls back. I finally went in on my lunch break one day and they told me that they would have to re-scan my teeth and order new sets. Two months later, I had new sets to pick up. There were ELEVEN new ones when I was only five away from finishing previously. It HURTS so badly and having not worn them for months, the new sets were so painful I could hardly take wearing them. Ive called multiple times and never get an answer. At this point, I have given up. I just want my money back but can't get a hold of anyone and I moved out of state. For regular cleaning, this place is fine if you can get a hold of them but anything orthodontics, STAY AWAY!!!!"
"This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I first walked in to schedule my appointment for a cleaning. I waited 2 weeks only to find out they only scheduled me for an examination. They said they couldn’t do an exam and cleaning on the same day. The front desk ladies were so rude. They rolled their eyes and even had snarky remarks. That was my sign to not even do business with them. But I still did unfortunately. So, I then had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning two weeks later (today). I confirmed my appointment two days ago, only for them to call and cancel my appointment. I have taken off work and confirmed. She was unapologetic and rude. Please don’t go here. Save yourself the trouble and headache. They have unpleasant customer service and don’t care about timing and having to take off work and find a schedule that works for you."
"Castle Dental — 3575 Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch was very professional; punctual; friendly and this was my first visit!!! I would recommend them to everyone. I had x-rays; cleaning; and a filling. I am so grateful."
"Kudos to Slyvia. Dr. Graham and front desk team. My front tooth came off and they fit me in that day. Dr. Graham bonded it back on for me and I am so grateful! Great customer service is why I have been a patient since 2007."
"I want to start by saying the staff here are GREAT people and are as sweet as can be. Unfortunately that is the only compliment I can give. I came here with a mission to use my dental benefits before I exit my primary job. I have CONSISTENTLY had to schedule out multiple visits as if I am not missing work or do not have to get time approved from my job to go to the dentist. 1st visit was the x rays and dental plan, then I had to miss work to speak to the orthodontist about braces/Invisalign. Then I had to come in again for an unnecessary root canal test. Once the test was proven to be unnecessary by the results I had to demand that my fillings be done in 2 visits because they only wanted to do 2 fillings at a time which would have to took forever to complete as I have already been there 3 times without any physical work done. They ended up doing 4 fillings a visit which was very quick (took about an hour) and appreciated. Finally, I’m ready for the cleaning. I was told the cleaning needed to be broken into 2 visits. I was fine with that at first but after the first cleaning back in July I have not been able to get scheduled for the 2nd visit as the hygienist has cancelled twice already. Both occurrences I have already scheduled off work so now I’m using days that make it harder for me to get off to reschedule the cleaning. Having half a cleaning done for over a month is ridiculous especially when it took every bit of 30 mins for the 1st cleaning so they EASILY could have made it one visit totaling an hour. My first issue was that I was told to schedule a root canal testing when it was obvious that I did not need one. My second issue occurred after my 1st filling day as it was very hard to floss in between my teeth after. Like I had to break the filling bond connecting my teeth together. I addressed this issue when I returned for my 2nd fillings date. It was dismissed and I was advised that they have nothing to separate the teeth when doing fillings and that you want your teeth not to have spaces for things to get in between them. After my 2nd filling visit I have not been able to comfortably chew on the right side of my mouth. Literally preventing me from using the right side of my mouth when I eat. I finally had enough and decided to go to a different dentist office. Once my new dentist took x-rays. They literally showed me 2 remaining cavities on the side of my teeth where the prior dentist filled the top of the tooth but not the side cavity. This was very disheartening as my insurance will not payout twice for 2 of the same teeth that were just worked on last month. This office has been very inconsiderate of my time, money, plans and overall dental health. It will cost me more having to fix my mouth than if I would have just went somewhere else to start with."
