"Jalen isn't a true business person and needs more experience about having a business. Jalen did a botched tune-up on my car. Had him to come back and he still didn't solve the problem only wanted more money. Jalen never produce receipts of service. He owes me money , but doesn't want to acknowledge his screw-up. It's a shame our " black people " want to take advantage of their people or others. Never again with Jalen."
"Jalen came out to make repairs to my car. While he was timely, he created a new issue after replacing my brakes. A call and text followed to note my concerns. I was told that I’d receive a call back to hopefully resolve my issue. I felt reassured as he was punctual initially. I feel as if now that he’s been paid all professionalism was null and void. My sensor will not turn off in my car and my parking brake sensor doesn’t work. This was not an issue prior to repairs. I wish I could recommend him but I definitely wouldn’t."
"Jaylen was professional and prompt at helping me self-diagnose issues with my moving truck. i will 100% give them a call if i need work done on my vehicle. Also big props to them being open EARLY on labor day weekend and answering my call."
"ALL PLEASE BE AWARE!! This is by far the worst experience I have had to date. I was charged $125 for this mechanic to come out. He completed a diagnostic on my daughter’s truck and stated it was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced. He quoted me $375 to replace the fuel pump. He came out the next day and advised that it wasn’t the fuel pump and that he found that the fuses were in the wrong place. He still charged me $375. My daughter’s car ran for 20 minutes and stopped. He said he would come back out as it may have been the alternator that was bad. He quoted me $425 to replace the alternator (which is something he is guessing maybe wrong) I asked him if he could work with me on the price since I was charged a total of $500 for a fuel to be replaced. He stated that he could not. I would have paid $925 total for a person to guess what maybe wrong with her car. INSANE!! Needless to say I will have my daughter’s car taken to a professional. This is what I should have done originally but thought that I would utilize his services due to the other ratings."
