"Dr. Hancock is a wonderful dentist! He has been my dentist since I moved to Nashville 15 years ago. His staff is great and very friendly as well! I have since moved back to Kentucky and still go back to him for all of my dental work! Dr. Hancock never pushes all the cosmetic dental work on you like some dentist do...he is very honest and only does the dental work that is necessary and leaves the cosmetic dental to be the idea of the patient."
"I am a Caregiver, and I brought my client into your facility not knowing how he would react out of his home surroundings. You all made the visit the most comfortable and relaxing experience for both of us. You accommodated us and made us feel we were not a burden with the wheelchair and the hoyer lift to ease my client into your chair. We look forward to coming back oh and also Dr. Friddle is the nicest dentist I've ever met and funny too. His nurse was the most helpful ever. Great people snd very professional. "I had a tooth that had an extreme crack, I went to Dr Hancock to see what could be done. He gave me a variety of options. I selected tooth extraction and bridge. Dr Hancock was great and told me exactly what he was doing as he extracted the tooth and put on the temporary bridge. His tech that was helping was great as well. Both were respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The entire process went so smooth. Thank you Dr Hancock and the early morning staff who helped me!"
