"I came here about 7 years ago to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed in order to get braces. I forgot which doctor performed the procedure, but since then, I seem to still have issues with the left side wisdom tooth extraction which I don’t think has not been healing totally properly because I still experience some swelling off and on since then so I don’t know if I would recommend this place."

"Don't use this surgeon or office - staff is horrible. They didn't even know how to set up Care Credit and have basically just scammed me. Was told I could make payments of 24 months zero interest, yet the minimum payment due is $30. That has me paying it off within 9 months. Not even giving me a year to pay it back. Care Credit doesn't care, it is based on the promotion the office staff selected and when I tried to get help from the office they brushed me off, said there is nothing they can do. I have put in a message for the surgeon to call me because they have essentially committed fraud with my credit and I don't appreciate it!!!! Will be filing complaints and bad reviews literally anywhere I can. If you intend to use Care Credit to pay, read the fine print!! because the office staff for sure is not knowledgeable enough to know what they are doing. They have made numerous mistakes, every step of this process, from the beginning to now I have had nothing but issues and inconsistencies. They will tell you one thing and the complete opposite is what actually happens. Find a better oral surgery office, this isn't the one, trust me!"

They make the process easy to get in and out by doing consults and surgery all on the same day. Not to mention the staff is friendly. "I went here approximately 12 years ago for my wisdom teeth to be removed, so things may have changed in the past few years but for what its worth here is my review - the staff and surgeon puts you at ease. The surgery went well but what happened after the surgery is where it went from excellent to ok. After the surgery I was barely out of the anesthesia when they hastily got me out of the chair helped steer me down the hall and sent me out the back door where they told my wife to go to get me. The whole surgery only took approximately 15 minutes to remove all 4 wisdom teeth with two impacted. There was no checking to make sure I was feeling ok, no sitting waiting to be sure everything was ok with the patient, nope was just sent out the back door and told to go home with prescription. I was so swollen that I could not open my mouth enough to take the prescription my wife had to take tweezers and try to put it in the back of my throat so I could swallow. About two weeks later I realize that while they did the surgery they also broke off part of one of my incisor teeth in the process. They talk a good game and the surgery for the most part went really well but they rush the recovery/after surgery care."
