"Great Experience! Front office staff was friendly, dental hygienist was very nice and talked to me about what she was doing to my teeth while she was cleaning. I had a couple of issues that I was nervous about, but once my dentist came in she made me feel better about it. She gave me options to choose from, full details to why and gave me a list of referrals to see other surgeons to get the best treatment for my teeth. I genuinely feel like she was there to help you and give you her best care. My previous dentist in Clarksville was extremely expensive and I felt like every single time I went in I would happen to have more problems with my teeth. So when I went in I was worried about what they would tell me and it was the complete opposite. They assured me my gums were healthy and I just had a few things I had to take care of. This was such a relief since I do not have any dental insurance and everything I do is paid upfront. It’s very hard to find any honest people with the right intentions and so far I feel like Harpeth dental is a great place to go for any dental work."

Communication, overall, was great -- the office explained costs in advance, the dentist explained the procedure and what she was doing as she did it, the dentist and dental assistant worked great together to make the process seamless. The dentist took time to answer my questions. I did not feel like I was pressured into, or duped into, getting unnecessary procedures.
