"Megan is the WORST optometrist my family has experienced. My sister’s prescription was written incorrectly and she refuses to acknowledge it or make the situation right. She failed to examine both eyes with the phoropter and wrote the prescription incorrectly. When asked about it by my sister she responded by bullying and refusing to make the situation right without charging for it. Shame on her and this establishment for forgetting the Hippocratic Oath “to do no harm” and showing such horrible disregard for patient’s needs. This office is overbooked and the doctors are arrogant."
