"So, yeah!!! This place is fan to the tastic! My sons and I had the privilege of being customers of this very new restaurant here in Spring Hill, TN during brunch hours. I had avacado toast with some perfectly cooked over-medium eggs on top (yum!!!) while my one son partook of the “tower31” breakfast with eggs, applewood smoked bacon, and such fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and the other son took advantage of one of their lunch offerings: gluten free buffalo chicken tenders. We each absolutely loved our respective dishes. Everything was cooked well, pleasantly presented, and came to the table quickly. The welcome we received upon entering was lovely and made us very glad to have come. The service the entire time we were there from start to finish was exceptional with Derek making sure we always had coke glasses filled (even brought a carafe of coke so the boys could keep their whistles wet) as well as my mug filled with deliciously hot Muletown Coffee. All toll, we had three making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. This kind of service is much appreciated to say the least. I wish this business all the best - that they thrive in every way. We will be going back for sure - especially to take advantage of the music offerings each week from the small stage in the back. The atmostphere with its rustic, , industrial, modern aesthetic is already super inviting, but I've a feeling the music makes it even more so. Thanks Tower 31. We will see you again."

"We went for dinner and it was delicious! Fish tacos are amazing! Best part for me though was that we took our kids and it felt comfortable. Normally we don’t go out to eat because our kids are little and we feel like an inconvenience. 100% not the vibe here. All of the staff we talked to were incredibly kind and hospitable! Highly recommend giving it a try!"

"We had 3 Skillet Scrambles and they were absolutely wonderful! By the way, breakfast is served till 3pm for a brunch date. Also, the home made still warm blue berry muffins (also have a gluten free option) were icing on the cake. Thanks for a great visit, looking forward to seeing you soon!"

"Amazing place!! We had Bacon Chicken Sandwich and Chicken wrap. The taste is great, the chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. The wraps are impressive, we loved the chicken lemon soup as well. This was our first visit and we are looking forward to visit more. Keep it going guys !!!"

"The food is amazing!! We had the Mykaela’s chopped chicken salad, Baja fish tacos and my kids had burger sliders. It’s all super fresh, amazing dressing on the salad, the fruit that came with my son’s burgers was the best assortment of slices of fruit that I’ve seen! We also had the brownie with ice cream…YUM! I noticed they have gluten-free specific menu items as well. Can’t wait to go back!"
