"I was surprisingly and shockingly underwhelmed, to say the least. The facility itself was very stark. Not at all warm and inviting. The music was blaring as if we had walked into a party. Odd? The facilities were in need of cleaning and smelled strongly like it might have been a former veterinarian clinic. Although the office itself was a total turnoff, the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Both the nurse and the doctor were very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Everything you’d want from a dental professional. Put some energy into improving the facility itself and I would have given it a 5 star rating."
