"I want to share our honest experience ( My wife and I ) . The facility are cleaned and very professional / courteous staff . But our dilemma starts when I have my simple tooth filling routine and the way that dentist ( Ms. Murphy ) does to my tooth was that she dig a little deeper to the point that she touches the root of my tooth, which it cause irritation all night and the pain was non-stop . The only way that the pain would subside is to gargle with cold water to ease the pain every couple of minutes. Luckily , they set me up for an appointment that she recommended ( which is her college professor in college ) and thank God that he did it the right way. After a couple of months , my Wife have the same procedure a as mine and she ended up to have the same experience which is damaging the roots instead of extracting the cavity only and she ended up to the same dentist that did mine. What a coincidence , right ? I stumbled to one of the patient reviews ( 6 months ago ) which we have similar experiences. I just want the public to be aware ! Regards, Former Patient"

"I’ve been going to Dr. Murphy on and off for quite some time. I only took time off for insurance purposes and upon my return, Dr. Murphy and her staff Whitney and Shannon( forgive me if I’m off by the name) all of them actually have been beyond kind, patient, informative, helpful without an inclining of a doubt. There have been times where I have canceled, rescheduled ,canceled, asked for xrays and referrals to be seen elsewhere all for a lack of finances to support the work I needed and NEVER ONCE had they made me feel bad about it or gave me a judging tone or look. The professionalism is top tier and their empathy far exceeds normal businesses these days. I pray that they continue to have patients that can fulfill their financial obligations so that they may all be blessed. They have taken great care of my teeth as well as my 6yo daughter’s teeth. I know this is lengthy but during this time in age, kindness and understanding is so appreciated yet not often experienced. The office is beautiful and clean. My dental experience here has been wonderful."

"I went to get two cavities filled and my mouth wouldn’t go numb like it was supposed to from the any of the injections for the longest time. When they finally started the procedure something occurred that caused me to have a seizure (something i’ve never had before or after this experience a year ago). It also caused my eye to droop on one side of my face and when I brought it up was told my eye was wasn’t drooping although I have pics proving otherwise. When I came back to get the rest of the tooth filled (they couldn’t finish due to the seizure and me being rushed to the ER) she filled the cavity to close to a nerve that caused immense pain in my mouth for days. I had to end up going to an emergency dentist to fix it and none of the issues I experienced here occurred there thankfully. Also on top of all of this the receptionist had called my mom by mistake twice in one day about other patients’ business. With that being said, the staff was extremely kind and seemed genuinely concerned when the seizure happened and even followed up to make sure I was okay."
