"10.11.2021, I have appointment for filling and crown, it was terrible experience ever. First, I have no problem with any other stuff and doctors. And my tooth isn’t hurt at all, all I need is fix the cavities and do the crown, because I have to do the Invisalign after that. Dr. Toney she is expecting a baby, so I saw Dr.Larra Vo. I don’t saw her in the office before, she numb me for the filling and the one I have to do the crown , after I numb, she told me she’s not feel comfortable to do the filling part, I don’t said anything at the moment cuz she already numb me. And we move on to the crown one. After she cleaned and grinded the teeth , she told me there is a bad news, we can’t do the crown today, because the root canal is bleeding and affect the tooth. Excuse me? Did you ever look at patients X-ray before you seeing the patients? If you think the teeth doesn’t need to be fill why you numb it? Have you ever been look at the X-ray it shows there the other teeth has root canal already? Can it do the crown? It was unprofessional what she have been done. My tooth is hurting right now, and can’t even bite on the side. I even have to see the specialist to redo the root canal. I wasted two hours in there for pain. I don’t even know how she can be a dentist?"
