Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Went in for a simple coolant flush. Left with heat not working. Next day, I open the hood just to see they stuffed a rag in the coolant reservoir overflow instead of replacing the cap they removed. Not only were they completely incompetent, the customer service sucked too. I had to ask them to check tire pressures and of course, they did not check wiper fluid or anything else they were supposed to. Sorry it was so much of an inconvenience for a customer to request you do the job you were being OVER PREMIUMLY paid to do. Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE. They will not answer the phone when you call them to get anything rectified. Worthless workmanship, not worth the headache."

"Arrived at 430. This location is supposed to open until 5 according to the Internet, website and signage. Noticed the open light off, so I was like well the sign says 5 so maybe they forget to turn it on today. Then am employee near the bay entrance approached my car and sad " "They" called us earlier and told the to close early" I asked are all locations closing early today? He said naw the one down the street stay open until 5. Will not return to let a tech like that put his hands on my car."
