"My best friend had a flat tire on her way home. Called for services and was quoted a price. Services were REQUESTED but after a little over 2 hours of WAITING a technician never arrived. Please note ETA for technician arrival was 1 hour and no further information was communicated regarding a revised ETA. Called another company who arrived in 5 minutes and made repairs within 15 minutes. Seem like nice people based on phone etiquette but nice didn't fix my bestie's tire. Your word should be your bond personally and professionally."

"This is the worst place you can ever spend your money for a tire. First they put the wrong size tire on my truck so when I bring it to their attention they say we will return with the proper size. That has never happened I've called several times only to hear I'll have someone there within an hour. I called yesterday and he he said he was sending someone that never happened I called to see if they were coming got no answer. So I texted got no response so now today is Sunday September 10,2023 and they will not answer my phone or my text. They put me and my child life at risk by not doing what I paid for it's been since May. I have not been able to move my truck I'm having to pay for Ubers to move around that's extremely costly. Mobile tire service trust and believe me when I say until you refund me my money or replace my tire you're going to get a negative review daily. Since I'm having a new tire put on somewhere else you're in for a problem. I feel you took advantage of me because I was a woman but the worst of it all is the fact you took the old tire that was full of nail holes patched it up and sold it to someone who didn't have a clue to your actions. If what I'm saying is incorrect take that up with the guy you sent to replace my tire I have a witness to the conversation that took place. It's sad that you run a scamming business legally but you will not prosper doing people dirty. I'm reporting you to the BBB that's for sure."

"Had a blow out on the freeway…..Labor Day…..managed to get the “cheater” tire on but unable to find tire repair (and we were 60 miles from Memphis!) We just happened to drive past a nearby business that directed us to Brothers. We were met by friendly, kind, professional people who had a used tire on no time! Highly recommend this company!"
