"A year ago I went to Dove Family Dental in Memphis. After the x-ray they game me a list of things (2 root canals & 3 cavities filled) they would have to perform on my teeth before they would whiten them. Dove told me that it would cost a little over 2k and that I only have to pay half of that out of pocket even with my Federal Employee Insurance. Of course I decided against following through with their “list of demands” and Dove NEVER even cleaned my teeth which I know was supposed to be free of charge to me. Fast forward to me moving to Southaven in June and finding Southaven Dental with the exact same insurance. After x-ray, I only had one cavity which is only costing me $80. On top of that, they cleaned my teeth and scheduled me to fill my cavity. They were nothing short of amazing. I think her name was Jessica or something but she did such an awesome job with cleaning my teeth that I couldn’t stop rubbing my teeth with my tongue. I can’t even imagine what I would have felt if I had of paid $1,000 for procedures I didn’t need and having to endure the unnecessary pain that comes along with them."
