"This place displayed the most unprofessionalism to the point that I have to give a review, which I try not to do, especially when it comes to black-owned/operated establishments. FYI, I live in the area of this company and constantly attempt to do business in my area but these businesses have made that so difficult. Yes, of course, it may be the front desk staff that's the problem but they are only doing what their superiors allow. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Monday 10/16 at 9a. Upon my early arrival, the building was completely closed. I waited for about an hour and tried calling them several times, thinking they were running late. Even another customer showed up for a 9:30a appointment.SMH. I called today, 10/18, just to see if the company was closed down but they answered and said they called me on 10/12, to tell me that they "no longer" have appointments on Mondays. That was a complete lie because I have no missed calls or voicemails and not to mention, one of my children are scheduled for next Monday and they still haven't called concerning that appointment, ummm okay, but dared to ask if I wanted to reschedule, NO, NOT EVER!!! FIRST OF ALL, when did you decide on no longer having Monday appointments because I sure didn't make that appointment last week, meaning, it was in place for awhile. I guess you all decided Sunday night..smh SECOND OF ALL, you should have accommodated the PREVIOUSLY scheduled Monday appointments and THEN started anew. I've already waited too long for that appointment. THIRD OF ALL, if there was such a change, why there's no update of said change on you all's voicemail, door, or Google? JUST RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!!"

"I WAS RAN OVER BY A CAR IN 12/16/21 MY TEETH WAS CHIP LAYERS THE NEW TOOTH HAD STARTED TO GROW THRU THE GUMS. I HAD WENT TO DR.ASHLEY MY FIRST TIME SHE WAS VERY POLOTE,UNDERSTANDING, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL .. I HAVE 2 INSURANCE POLICIES L. HER OFFICE STAFF WAS TRYING TO GET BENEFIT IMFORMATION FROM SECONDARY INS. THAT WAS IN AUGUST.. NEVER RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.. I DONT KNOW DR.ASHLEY JUST DONT GET RID OF THEM CAUSE THEY DONT DO THE JOBPEROID POOR SERVICE"

"I love Dr Ashley Williams, she’s very nice and professional. Her staff is amazing as well. When I first started going to her, I explained that I have a phobia of dentist. She assured me that I was in good hands, and I must say I truly was. She was very compassionate and understanding. My mom referred me to her and I referred my son. She’s my dentist for life."

"If I could give less than one star, I would. I went in for a cleaning and the process went so fast I was in shock. I asked Dr Ashley, is this all a cleaning is? She said yes. Its been years since I had my teeth cleaned so I thought the process she did was something new. Of course being the person I am, I asked other people questions. Come to find out Dr. Ashley did a poor job on my mouth. She never mentioned anything to me about a deep cleaning and she did not scrape the tarter build up around my gums. She did not floss my teeth nor did she polish my teeth at the end. My teeth feel just as nasty as they did before I went to her dental office. I need major work done to my teeth. If you wont do a cleaning properly, why would I trust you with major dental work? I cant wait to find a new dental office. As a black woman, you try to support black businesses. If I had more than two thumbs, she went get those many down. A dental Dr. is supposed to care about your teeth. Not Dr. Ashley, she just wants to get you in and out as quick as possible. Oh and this is my second time giving her a try. I Will NoT again"
