"I had been going to this dentist for over 8 years and recently they have changed their office staff. The office staff is very rude, nothing like the very nice women before. I got really sick and tried to reschedule my appointment on 4 different occasions and left two voicemails never to be returned. I call for the 5th time and get through finally. The clerk did not care that I had been sick and that I had attempted to call several times. She proceeded to cut me off mid sentence stating that she checks the voicemail daily. Checking voicemails daily means nothing if you do not return the calls. The level of empathy and disrespect was appalling and for that I am taking my business along with prior and future referrals elsewhere. The dentist was a great dentist but no one deserves to be treated so poorly especially during these trying times."

"As soon as I was done paying for my braces, he didn’t wanna service me anymore. I’ve never heard of any orthodontist wanting to take off your braces after your done paying them and your teeth arent even straighten enough. I wasn’t satisfied at all."
