"I had a UTI for over a month & every time I went in , she would say “any difference this time? No? Ok. Let me get you something else. Bye. I’ll see you again next week. Until I cought a fever overnight & went to the hospital, it wouldn’t go down & they were surprised the clinic didn’t do further exams/blood work! Something. Other than antibiotics. since I had been going to see Christ community over a month for the UTI . Well the infection had traveled my kidneys. terrible experience, painful…"

"They are never together so many different people answering the phone that you never get the correct answer. Then they say just go and they will see you. That don't happen. Then they call you and tell you the doc wants to see you but don't give a time or anything. Then you call to ask questions and they are rude and disrespectful. Awful place"

"Talking about being seen at 12 p.m., I was out of there in like an hour and a half later. I got prescribed antibiotics well before closing hours. They failed to send my prescription over to Walgreens at Stage@Covington Pike. I will have to call in the morning to hopefully get it sent over. It's now 05/05/2023 they still haven't sent my prescription over. I've been waiting for it since my visit on 04/25/2023. I work from 7:30a to 6p so I can't use their pharmacy. It's like they don't care about you getting medicine unless you use their pharmacy. They are not open during my work hours and it's disappointing. I will not ever go to this location again. Maybe not another location either."

"Ok so, I went in on a Monday got to the back pretty fast, I wasn't finished completing the clipboard paperwork yet. The staff was extremely friendly I didn't have an issue. The provider was professional & attentive. It wasn't until I needed my lab results to be clear to go back to work. After calling several days only to be told it takes 24-48hrs to receive a response. The operators over the phone were nice however my problem never got solved... I had to go back up there to get results. I wouldn't go back, a lot of time wasted waiting on simple lab work... I even downloaded the app waiting to see my results. I finally received an email stating my results were ready after I left the facility FRIDAY! I didn't speak with the provider to explain my results I Googled my questions! I will not return... I read all the reviews after my visit eventhough I didn't experience the same as others mine wasn't a pleasant one..."

"Horrible experience. EVERYTIME. I cried when I got home from my appointment because the service was so bad. I came in for my appointment at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 6:00! Aside from the horrible wait times the staff is unpleasant and shows a lack of concern for their patients. There is very little coordination and nobody seemed to be on the same page. I waited 1.5 hours to even see the doctor and when I did the visit was quite short. I was told I needed labs and was sat in another room for another 1.5 hours before I was told the lab was closed for the day because there wasn’t anyone to draw blood AND THEN said someone could take my blood and put me in another room where I was told they didn’t have the right vials for what they needed for me and was sent on my way only to be called back in from the lobby to be told I needed to give another urine sample. I absolutely will not be returning here."
