"If I could give this office a 0 star, then I would. My son was a long-time patient at this office and needless to say it has always been a problem getting my son in to see the doctor. I made an appointment a couple of months ago for my son to be seen in August. When I called to verify the date for August, they told me that they didn't see and appointment for him in August, but they said he missed his appointment in July. I said we did not have an appointment for July, and NO ONE never called us to confirm our July appointment which we never had. So then the young lady was getting ready to schedule my son appointment for August 30th, someone told her that Dr. Graves said he was going to refer him out to General Dentistry because he is now 15 and they already have an overload of patient and was booked up. What a slap in my face for being a long-time patient with Dr. Graves. We have been waiting all summer long for this appointment before school starts back. Beware that they will drop you in a heartbeat after being a longtime patient. They don't care about your kids."
