"Best BMW shop in Memphis hands down!! From the first phone call, to dropping off my car, getting the estimate and completing repairs Alpine remained in communication with me every step of the way. Their honesty and comment to you and your car is above all the rest. My car needed a lot of TLC due to it being older, and over 150k miles, and they did not disappoint! They will be the only ones to touch my 2008 328I now. It drives and rides like a new car now!"
"Guys... this is the place to go for BMW service/repairs. I was a "go to the dealership" kind of guy for the longest. I kept hearing rumors of Alpine's integrity and willingness to help. Long story short... dealership quoted me a 6k repair for an issue I was having. That's a lot of money. I decided to try Alpine... they were half of what the dealership was (in this case) and showed me where some of the things the dealership claimed to be faulty were indeed not. I learned a very valuable lesson and will be using Alpine's services from here forward. Thank you to the staff for being kind, personable and professional. All of you are great!"
"This is why I don't trust auto shops. It's never happened to me personally until now because I have never taken my vehicles to a shop. I didn't feel like working on my car so I took it to them. I had an oil leak I wanted them to address. They seem to have fixed that but I'm still leaking fluid. It looks like it's leaking power steering fluid from the reservoir. They had to remove the air box so I don't see how they missed that. How I know that they had to remove the air box is because my engine light came on. I pulled the code and it was for my crank position sensor. So as I'm tearing into my vehicle I notice that the whole air box assembly isn't securely fastened. Then I noticed my oil dipstick tube want securely fastened. Even the mass air flow sensor wasn't fastened. I was able to pull that right out. So far I've only found hardware and the air intake for the alternator missing and parts not securely fastened. I stopped because I was frustrated and wanted to go ahead and write this review, so who knows what else I'll find when I get back to it. For the amount of money you spend at a shop, these kind of things are unacceptable. I will never take my BMW to them again and I will not refer anyone to do business with them."
"Alpine did a great job on my car , they scanned the whole car accurately and told me what is needed to be done , they sent me a list of repair jobs with the price and I had option to decline Or approve from the list. The price of scan and diagnostics was over $200. And regarding the list of repairs I had to pay up to $3000 total . The price sounded too high but I had to get some jobs done on my bmw X 1 car and I got it back sort of brand new and clean and fast. The only thing I wished to happen was the loaner car which was not available anytime I called and I had some sort of hassle to borrow car from my friend . In total I think everything worked well and thanks Alpine for their service."
"I recently got some work done on my e39 and John is the epitome of professionalism. Probably over 50 emails back-and-forth discussing customizations for my vehicle. Communication was seamless,The price was fair and the repairs and fabrication turned out perfectly. Not to mention that it was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this shop to anyone that owns BMW. Hands down my best experience at an auto shop ever. It was wonderful to have someone working on my car that is passionate about what they do."
