"Had an excellent experience with the shop. Had bumper and exhaust damage. They worked with my insurance company (even though insurance was being very difficult) and did the job in a very timely fashion and it looks perfect. Color matches perfectly to factory. They were honest, quick, kept me included in the repair timeline. Could not be happier with the results and the service. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs on a vehicle they care about. I also appreciate they were honest with me up front about what to expect with my repair. Will definitely do business with them again in the future."

"My daughter took her car in for repairs without me knowing and due to this fact I went ahead decided to give them a try on her behalf, first red flag is my tax exempt was not honored as a business owner myself the owner stated he had gotten burned, I'm not sure how he got burned on someone using a tax exempt form, second problem is when my daughter took her car in to get an estimate her windshield was not cracked, but when we came to pick it up the windshield was cracked and the cowl was cracked as well. I asked why they didn't fix the windshield nor the cowl, he stated they didn't see it, I also mention that I'm sure if it had been cracked when she brought in for the estimate he would have mention it, based on pictures they had emailed the windshield was not cracked, they made every excuse that it cracked in the heat when the car was parked outside, etc. the customer service unfortunately is and was horrible, they were very rood to my daughter when she called to check on her car, they were rood to me when I came to get the car, he up-charged the price due to the fact I used my credit card which is against the law to do, you can't pass credit card charges off to customers for doing business with you using their card. All in all my experience was extremely horrible and I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!!"
