"I contacted them to get a quote on some work. They told me that they would get back to me on Monday. I didn't hear from them so I called back. I was told that someone would call me before the end of business that day. I still did not receive a call. I call back two weeks later someone tells me that they have been busy."

"I went here to get pics taken for my auto accident. My car wouldn't start after we was done( battery died) The guy that was assisting me with the pics ( he was with another customer) heard that my car wouldn't start he gave me a boost off. I thought that was very kind and awesome of him. However fast forward my car is now in there shop they don't communicate well I had to call them over the 2 month span cause my car was there. The guy was rude to me and my husband. They did a good job on the truck. However my tire stem had got a cut from the body shop they wasn't going to put air in it until I said something about it.I called the next day on 3/30 because my car was shaking and no one answered or has called me back 3/31. So I wouldn't recommend if you are big on communication about keeping you updated on your car. Unless you call them."

"As previously stated, their services are outstanding. Not only do these guys deliver quality work, they are a pleasure to work with and clearly take pride in what they do. I have had work done on my truck before at a different body shop where they left grease prints on the interior and didn't even bother to wide that down; however upon picking my truck up from Brewer's, they had cleaned it inside and out, even doing tire shine and all that. Could not have thanked them enough for such quality."
