Reviews
"Nothing to do than look at the structure until it opens, I never entered. I was feeling alone in the car park standing without anything to do."
"Absolutely stunning views. The museum is prohibitively expensive, but the dock is free and well worth it!"
"Not to be missed historical and maritime museum! Excellent displays of artifacts from the Mississippi River and surrounding communities. Posters give a lesson in the people who established the towns along the River. The nuanced discussion of slavery gives credit to the remarkable achievements of African Americans in the face of unimaginable obstacles. The aquarium looks to be under development but is still impressive."
"Great place to the mighty Mississippi River! I highly suggest stopping by and checking out the museum"
"This place was a lot of fun. Cool exhibits and a lot of information as well as some interesting theories. The thing that's amazing to me is how it seems almost deserted even though it is staffed and we'll maintained we were the only guest there for quite a while, so you can probably go and have the place all to yourself. My daughters and wife really enjoyed the river right next to the museum, lots of cool driftwood and there were some neat sand formations left from the flooding. If you are looking for a place to go it's very nice, almost like a secret. I recommend this place and I'm very certain we will go again. Enjoy!"
