"Best dentist I’ve ever had and my boys! He removed my wisdom teeth with two extractions and one needing cut out knowing I’m a single mom and not a lot of money. Brought my son back to him because I trust him. He’s not a teacher at UT for nothing."

"This is all about money!! Literally robbing you for doing nothing! Just all talk and no work. Dr. Ashraf has a choice to do a job but he chose not to because it won’t last in the long run when we weren’t going there for a long term outcome in the first place. We have told them multiple times that we want a job done temporarily and even if it doesn’t last at least I’ll be paying for something I want done, unfortunately he still denied and degraded my option as a patient. Unprofessional disgusting behavior from the whole office there. To be called a “Doctor” is an insult to the rest of the dental doctors out there."

"The customer service provided by the receptionist/nurse is very poor and impolite . It’s not clear if the doctor/dentist is aware of this indecent and attitudes and encouraging it, or not. If he’s aware of it and allowing it to happen then it’s wondered why, especially that many complained and spoke about it yet with no response or measures taken to correct what’s happening. Modesty and respect towards his patients/clients is a very important factor for success and continuity."
