"First, let me say that I just needed somewhere close and did no other research before dropping by. I think much of this dentist's work centers on serving the underserved, which I commend and appreciate. The dentist and staff are very friendly. You can also drop by at any time without an appointment as a first-time patient, which is very convenient. But I honestly felt that the cleaning was inadequate. They just polished my teeth and treated them with fluoride. They did no tartar scraping (or flossing). The office and equipment are also very out of date, but functional. If they were just more thorough, I could definitely deal with the equipment and cosmetic issue of the building. I mean, as long as the work is done well and according to standard, I don't really care."
