"2 washer machines broken already, one person doing 6 loads of laundry using all three dryers and the only washer. Also can't believe drivers are already damaging the parking lot knocking over the concrete blocks."
"This corporation is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for the only thing I wish was better was the Pay as an owner operator I shouldn’t be making $2500 a week that’s not owner operator Money if I get lucky I can get 3K but again, it’s not owner operator Money. This is driving 3000 miles walking away with around 2500 to 3K after all expenses sometimes two grand. There is company drivers at this company making around 2000 $2500. So outside of that I believe they should pay their owner operators a little bit more money per mile not saying it needs to be the highest pay. It’s definitely not the lowest pay it’s decent if you do not have extremely big bills at home. Like I said, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I really wish I could stay for a long time wouldn’t want to ever leave. They have respected me in the best way I’ve ever experienced as a owner operator anywhere else I’ve ever worked. There’s a great team at this company but again the money is just a little bit too low for me someone else with less bills could easily have a great working history here. If you have five $6000 in bills. Outside of your truck, payment and insurance. This is not a company to work for. At the end of the day it’s business having a big maintenance account is important, and it seems very hard to do such a thing if you have too many big bills at home. But becoming an owner operator is supposed to offset the big bills you would think most companies good companies pay $2.60 per mile. You’re about $1.90 if you take advantage of learning your systems here It’s on a sliding scale, the more miles you get the less you get paid. So you want to stay between 500 miles and 1000 miles as an owner operator to get the most money But again don’t lose sight. This is a very good company. They’ve been honest in most ways that a company can be honest but there’s always game in every company. But again if $2 k to 2500 to 3K is good enough for you a week. This is a great company. Whoever started this company has a great business. Obviously I do think they’re generous on how they pay everybody but again if you have big bills like I do, it just isn’t going to keep me above water."
"Young African American that’s fixing my truck is rude and don’t have a clue at what there doing to my truck, and other staff there as well. Long story short I arrived in Saturday but they were closed just, so I had to wait til Monday to get that cruise control issue fix they didn’t fix it . I had yo wait another day for it to get fix which they laughed at me and told me to go to a dealer which they could’ve fix that there. But no worries I think every mega carrier shops are like that based on they last 3 companies in 1 year in my career in the industry. Crete can do better that."
"First time here 7/28/23 (Friday) it is so clean and beautiful- I LOVE IT, I don’t have to walk a FLIGHT of stairs to get to the laundry room or shower. THANK YOU GOD"
"1st time in the new digs. Everything is cool. My only complaint is we need more food. Sandwiches/meals some type of food vendor where we can just swipe our cards and buy food here. Uber Eats is a bundle."
