"I called the Hence Family Dentistry this morning to inquire about the Saturday appointments. The person that answered the phone totally unprofessional. I asked when is your next Saturday apt, her comment was after Thanksgiving, "I think". You mean that she wasn't able to tell me. I'm sure it's as simple as looking in the system. Furthermore, she kind of giggled. I'm in management, and have been for more than 18 years, and to have someone answering the phone that giggles because you asked a question, and didn't go out of her way to be of assistance to me, I will never visit this office. I would have been coming as a new patient, however, based on her unprofessionalism, I will make an appt. elsewhere."
