"If I could give a zero I would. I told him I have OCD from the start soo here is my story. I went for composites and they were too round and he left a piece of sharp material in between 2 of my teeth. He attempted to correct the roundness and stated he didn't see anything. My gums were swollen and inflamed, finally after some warm soaks the material dislodged itself about 2 weeks later. Due to filing the composites to make my teeth more square , my front tooth chipped; another dentist fixed it. Today I went in for my FIRST follow up..the front desk girl took me to the back. I asked her twice to wash her hands after she came in and draped me and wanted to look in my mouth. She said she did “in the bathroom.” When he got there I asked both of them to wash their hands especially due to my OCD. After asking him, he appeared upset and advised they don't wash their hands there and told me to leave and he will not see me anymore. I am so disappointed because I chose him. They called MPD and I also asked to leave for trespassing…after i paid over 4000.00 I have never been treated this way. Once he gets your money you are a nonfactor. Please be careful seeing him."

"While I was considering being a patient here, apparently it is bullying to ask staff to WASH their hands even with covid, monkey pox and etc going on. I have never been to a provider that refuses to wash their hands after asked. It is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY. If you want them to wash their hands, they will refuse and say it is bullying then proceed to call the police on you."
