"Dr. Polk and her whole office team are amazing. I've been a client since 2013. I would never switch because she does good, honest work. They are fair and reasonably priced. And they are all very careful and attentive. I've had a situation where a crown came off due to an ill fit by the lab. It was replaced free of charge. And Dr. Polk has a great sense of humor. It's so hard not to bust out laughing sometimes when I'm on the chair with my mouth open getting work done. Highly recommend."

"Apparently, I missed an appointment here in 2021, and they sent me a $60 bill for missing it. It also went on my credit report, and they won’t stop mailing me a bill. When I was a patient here in 2021, they didn’t say you receive a bill for missing an appointment. It’s insane, the lack of understanding to do that to someone."

"Run!! Do not come here this company the billing lady must didn’t complete his coding courses because she sucks at billing! They quote you different quotes each visit and if you don’t have proof they will charge you whichever quote is higher! Attitude attitudes the office manager has a bad one but she ran into the wrong one its your job to remain professional and do YOUR job! Ill never refer nobody about this place! I supported this place only because Erica is African American dentist and while we don’t have a large group of African doctors i try to support as many I can but sometimes your own kind is the absolute worst! Take your chances of going here and being serviced but be aware you will be billed incorrectly each time and if you have a question the billing manager is big and rude."

"This clinic charge for the patients without scheduling an appointment with no show charges. It was happened with me, please don't let them schedule the appointment without out your consent because they don't notify you with reminders but simply charges the amount than it used to be. Be aware of what you are charging for especially from this medical provider."
