"I and my family have been longtime patients of this practice. Recently I have been completely unable to schedule an appointment as after leaving numerous messages over months I have not received an appt or call back. Customer service has been terrible with appointment scheduling."

"For starters, this office is terrible with timing and scheduling. On two occasions, I arrived to my appointment, just to be told the dentist had gone to lunch. Why was a patient scheduled to be seen at the time the doctor goes on lunch? Why would the doctor take a lunch knowing that there’s a patient(s). Also, I was scheduled to have my fillings replaced. I arrived to my appointment, and received a CLEANING. Mind you, they already gave me a cleaning only 3 months prior. After the assistant finish cleaning, she dismisses me. I then ask, what about my filings being replaced? She says that wasn’t what my appointment was for, though they informed me at my last visit that my next appointment would be for filing replacements. I couldn’t get them done on that day because the doctor when to lunch, so I got a scheduled for another appointment. The doctor was to replace the filings on teeth number 18,19,and 20. He decided not to do 19 and order a crown instead; only working on tooth 18 and 20. After being in intense pain after these filings, an xray was done, showing that tooth number 20 was now fractured, AFTER the doctor did a fill in. Me being dissatisfied with the service, I decided to go elsewhere. Until my insurance informed me I needed to contact this office for them to release my information to the insurance so that I could finish getting my work done elsewhere. This office wanted to argue with me that my allegations where false about them fracturing my tooth, and basically trying to protect their name and not notify my insurance. I would love to leave 0 stars because this office SUCKS."

"Today was my 1st dental visit to Kirby Gate. Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very kind. I am very afraid of Dentists, but I was very comfortable and at ease. Thank you for your excellent service."

"Terrible, I went to get a crown put on and the crown kept coming off, I went 3 times to get the crown put back on, they had a student put it on the first time, a worker the second time, and then the dentist the third time. Come to find out my tooth still had a whole on it and they still put the crown on the tooth so I had to get the crown taking off again and had the whole fixed before I had the crown put back on. I try to support people but this was the worse experience I ever had and every time you go there it's a new dentist. Also the dentist there now is 75 years old and need to retire.. After putting the crown on for the last time he ask me was I was allergic to anything and I said Amoxicillin after finishing putting the crown back on he gives me a prescription for Amoxicillin I said lord this folks trying to kill me, I said Dr.l... I told you I was allergic to Amoxicillin and he said thats right I'm sorry.The staff where very sweet and I love Dr. Price and his family I just don't know what happen this last time I went, when I first start going there they where really good."

"This is a horrible place to have anything done to your mouth. I am a 73 year old senior citizen. I was injured doing an extraction. My neck was twisted so hard I am still hurting. My fault I should have left and when straight to a lawyer. They made me some dentures that I can't even chew with . Plus they look like Beaver and Buthead teeth.. I refuse to wear them . They replace a crown I have had in mouth since 1990. This crown is not secure an need replacing and six months old.oh I forgot the guy who did my extractions left pieces of teeth in my gums I am writing my insurance company to get new dental. Sorry for venting."
