"Not a very nice truck stop. Yes they are renovating it, but none of the restaurants were open. Sign on door said alternate hours, but all were closed. The only outside door was open, but the inner door was locked. Numerous people stopped there for food and were unable to get anything to eat, due to being closed. Walked across the street to Subway, like so many others. A sign on the door would have been nice to say the restaurants were closed."
"Stay away from this shop. Called for an alignment. She said we can do it at 2pm. Arrived at 1230 to be there when they're ready. At 330 they call me and tell me they can't do it because their equipment doesn't work. They were doing an alignment while I was there waiting. Can't trust a liar with anything so TA lost my business for good."

"Terrible. Very slow. Mechanics walking back and forth through shop doing nothing while I sit in the parking lot waiting to have 1 tire replaced. 1 truck in the shop. 2 mechanics a manager and service counter person. Shouldn’t have to wait 3 hours while the mechanics and manager have a smoke"
