"Service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had my 2018 Ford Explorer in for the same problem 3 times. Each time I’ve had to argue with them. They tell me nothing is wrong with the car. I took the car in yesterday with a service charging system fault code and explained the car having the same symptoms as when they previously worked on it. Matt, from service told me they reset the fault code, but have found nothing wrong with the car the warranty will cover and I owe them $280. See attached picture of the daily code, but warranty evidently does not cover fault codes."
