"My initial experience is entirely positive. The Business Manager, Cristy, is personable, cordial, knowledgeable, and highly competent. She affirmed that Dr. Williams accepts my very fine dental insurance tied to Medicare. Traci, the Dental Hygienist, is very experienced and very thorough. She is an excellent communicator and honestly and tactfully explained the treatment plan she would submit to Dr. Williams. It was more comprehensive than I anticipated, but she explained its necessity. This practice is very committed to a one patient at-a-time approach. They don't schedule more than they reasonably can handle. The waiting room is warm and tastefully furnished. I will meet Dr. Williams for my first procedure in five days. I anticipate my continued satisfaction with this practice."
