"Front desk NEVERRR answers the phone. I have tried calling 3 days in a row during office hours and still no answer or no return call. Front desk is horrible. Dr.Copeland is wonderful however. Needs new staff"

"Haven't been here in a while. 10 years to be exact. Got a bill from them from 10 years ago for less than $5. Called them about it and was told if it wasn't paid immediately, it would be turn over to collections. What? Turning something for less than $5 over to collections, and you wasn't concerned enough to send me a bill after service? BTW, insurance paid almost 100% of this bill 10 years ago. Never will I go back. The Office personnel are rude and unprofessional. And remember, the bill was 10 years old & less than $5."

"I’ve had nothing but issues with this dentist office. If my mom didn’t insist on going I would switch dentist for her. The problem isn’t Dr. Copeland, it’s his incompetent front desk. Once I thought they had closed for business as no one answered the phone for weeks. They put you on hold forever, never understand your question and you’re transferred numerous times before finally someone can partially help. Now the phone rings asking you to enter a number and password. Im at my wits end with this place!"

"I've been coming to this office for many years myself and children. Today was a cluster. I was sent several reminders for my appointment when I arrived I signed in and I waited. And waited. And continued to wait until I finally asked when I was getting called to the back. I was told my chart was pulled and they will be with me soon. I was ok with that but then I waited even more until finally I just decided to leave. But not before asking for the office manager. She apparently was on another call but at this point I want answers. Needless to say, I never spoke to the manager. The people in the front are causing Dr. Copeland his business. Dr. Copeland is a professional, and polite person but the staff at the front desk is ruining his business."

"Feb 2021 I've been going to this dentist office since a little girl, I am not sure what kind of people they have the front desk now but its not it, every time I hang up the phone they make me want to change dentist offices because what do you get out of being rude to someone at a job YOU choose to do! They inconvenienced me, I set a appt for a time that I was able to come due to my hectic work schedule so they calls me the day of telling me the doctor have something to do at my SET appt time and they will have to change my time. Remind you that was my only off day and I took advantage of it by making multiple appt not just a dentist appt. All I want to know is why would you schedule to do something at the time you have to see someone that set the appt a week ahead. I'm just disappointed because I actually love my dentist office! but now I am not able to make an appt until March, pathetic. 4/1/2021 Today was the day I went to my rescheduled appt from February. They knew since then that I was coming in to get my SMALL cavity filled and a teeth clean. Fine, so today was my appt right I get there they do my clean and I asked are yall filling cavity too, the lady then said I wasn't on the dr schedule to do so. I then told her thats a lie I talked to someone yesterday and day before yesterday to confirm my appt and told them exactly what needed to be done that wasnt done the first time. So now I have made the decision to change offices. I am highly dissatisfied I have been going here since a little girl and never had as many issue I have had with them for the last 6 months. Moral of the story I still have a unfilled cavity that was pointed out by them a year ago. Oh and for the desk people god don't like ugly and for yall to tell the lady I didnt speak to neither of you about my cavity is a damn lie! My plan today was to edit my bad review because I know ppl are most likely to make reviews when bad things happened but this the 3rd time they have inconvenienced me and I am not happy about it. Dr. Copeland is awesome but they need better strategies or something or they gone forever piss ppl off. Sorry NOT sorry."
