"I went two days ago to change the oil in my car, and due to misuse they damaged the base of the air filter cover and left the entire engine covered in oil. Without giving me any solution to my damages, I will say that it is a site with bad service. They do harm and are not responsible for the harm they I can easily attach photos of the damage and the oil change bill that increased me $18 in less than two months and just for changing the oil and oil filter on my 2017 Toyota Camry."

"had somone in bay that didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing. they replaced windshield wiper blades that wasnt a year old, i found one that was still uner hood as i had to put oil in it from the leaking oil plug that i specifcally asked them to replace or put more sealent since it had been leaking did not refill windshield fluid im suprised this place even exist in Jackson Tennessee"

"This place is a joke. Showed up at 5:30, one car being serviced, they refused to service our car and change the oil because they close in 30 mins. They had plenty of time to wrap up the one in front of us and complete ours, but they were too lazy to try with the 4 staff they had on site. Avoid this place like the plague, they don’t want to work, so they don’t get the money."

"$80.11 for an oil change. Took it upon themselves to put synthetic oil in my car without asking first. Manager apologized and stated yes they should have asked. Made no difference to my bill. So they just do what they want and you have to pay for it regardless if that is what you even wanted. noted. Been going to this location for YEARE...will not return to a place that rips people off."
