"Had a poor experience at this office when x-rays were being taken. The tech dropped the bite wing on the ground then proceeded to quickly pick it up and try to put it back in my mouth. Then argued with me when I asked for a clean one. Obviously, haven’t been back since."
"Zach was great. The tech who cleaned my teeth was great. CDC guidelines still recommend everyone wearing masks in dentists offices at all times other than while receiving care. That guideline wasn't followed. I also did not feel comfortable with Susan's attitude. Overall not a bad experience, but not quite as good as I had hoped."
"As an individual who likens dental offices to places like Guantanamo Bay, I have to share that the experience I have had so far with this office has been superb. If you are like me and have a phobia of going to the dentist, please read further and I hope it helps you get the treatment you need. I put off going to the dentist for most of my adult life. I had very bad experiences growing up and let my dental health deteriorate. This becomes a vicious cycle because you will put off going more and more as your condition worsens. From my initial phone call with Kelly, I got the impression I was dealing with compassionate human beings. She had a great sense of humor. I asked her if they were going to make fun of me and she said, "Well not about your teeth..." My first dental hygienist was Melissa and she was so nice and non-judgmental. My first check up went very smoothly even though I was completely stressed out being there. She was very reassuring in everything she did and worked with patience and I believe an understanding of what I was going through mentally. After that, the dentist Dr. Johnston came in to introduce himself and go over the findings of the exam. My impression was that the doc was very friendly, but I also appreciated that he had a somewhat direct delivery of information to give me. I was also reassured that I was not a lost cause, and there would be hope for me as I followed the treatment plan. I had one follow up a few weeks later which was a couple hours of dental work. Just like Melissa, the hygienist Tonya was equally as kind, professional, and skilled. They did the work fairly quickly (I think) and I already feel so much better about where we are going with my treatment plan. Susan, who I believe is the office manager, was very patient and thorough explaining charges that I would expect in future visits. She is obviously a super nice person who has experience in knowing how to communicate with patients. I appreciate knowing up front costs going forward so there are no surprises at the end. As far as prices? Well, I cannot comment on whether they are a "bargain" or not. But I will say I feel the prices were reasonable and the estimates I received did come in less than I was expecting. Bottom line, I don't believe they are all about the green. They also offer 12 months no interest financing through Care Credit. While I will likely always be terrified of the dentist, I am extremely grateful for the care that I have received thus far from this office. I am not looking forward to any future appointments but I know that I'll be able to bear it with this team of extremely gifted and caring individuals. So, if you have put off seeing the dentist for years and years like me, schedule an appointment and go get your smile back!"
"It was honestly a bad experience the old lady receptionist was very rude. At first when i got in she was already rude to me. I was late 5 mins cause i just got out of work and rushed there... i know i was late for 5 mins but she started being rude to me... and treated me like beneath her... 2nd My problem was not addressed i went home i still feel uncomfortable with my tooth... I asked for a copy of my xrays and i was denied of it. She even asked me why... This was the old receptionist... Its actually none of her bussiness cause its my scan... What about my rights!!! She said they dont give out copy even if its mine and told me if another dentist will ask for it then they will email it. But i wanted to see it for myself... Its like i dont even have the right and felt violated. In regards to the drs reply a yr ago after i went there i went to see another dentist and well infact i had to do a root canal. Then i got better... and as for the old lady that was the rudest person ive ever seen, your saying thats shes a human being and to treat her with dignity and respect??? Hey im a human being too and im the one that was not treated with respect and dignity there i do have a family and kids too!but i was treated badly by that rude receptionist will never ever forget that... and what are you saying that i was told that it can be emailed to... i wanted a copy and i was denied of it what your receptionist told me was you can only email it to the clinic if im going to have a 2nd opinion... she said she cant give me a copy only the dr that will see me... ridiculous... its a violation of my right so now dont twist it and say i was told cause i was not. But denied of it."
