Deducted one star due to enterprise implementing a stupid rule not allowing a one way trip drop off from this location, leaving me stranded with out a ride home one weekend. "Back in December I was involved in an accident on I-40. My car was totaled and it was necessary to rent one to complete my trip. Luckily, I went to the Enterprise office in Brownsville. Justin was friendly and very helpful, patiently answering my multitude of questions and getting me back on the road in a timely manner. A bad situation was made better by his pleasant demeanor and outstanding customer service."
