"I called and 10:49pm and spoke with Christian to ask if they were available to do a spare mount and he said yes. I told him my driver was about 30 to 45 minutes away. My driver arrived at 11:25pm and he told my driver that he was already closing up for the night. He also said the 2nd shift mechanic did not show up so my driver would have to wait until tomorrow at 7am. He wasn't willing to provide any customer service and left us with the issue at hand. This location demonstrated horrible customer service and does not deserve any business from the trucking industry if they continue operate like so. They need to do better and be better."

"EMT for a Missouri Ambulance District. While traveling back to Missouri the ambulance was having tire troubles and would have caused us major delays. We decided to stop and see what this shop would do. Lets just say they was nothing short of amazing. They doctored us up and sent us on our way almost good as new. We can't thank them enough!"

"Unfortunately, just another shop to add to Love’s ongoing reputation of parts changers. Took my truck in due to the A/C blowing hot air. End result is that they failed to get it repaired. In review of repair, all they did was was evacuate & recharge the system, failing to perform any troubleshooting on the system. Result: Still blowing warm air. I contacted them about it & suggested I place it back in, but after careful consideration, I feel they’re incompetent & didn’t feel that I could trust them enough without paying out additionally to find out it may again not be repaired sufficiently. It’s really a shameful to the quality of ‘so called’ mechanics Love’s employs, and unfortunate drivers are somewhat forced to use."
