"My husband's car had to be towed off base and it was brought to B&E auto service. They are polite and professional. I was called when our cars anti theft system activated and was told I needed a locksmith or for it to go to the dealership to get reset. We got a locksmith out and it fixed that issue. They then were able to do the original work needed to get my husband's car running. We are very happy with the whole process. Thank you!"

"Worst business in Millington. I went for a diagnostic for my A/C. I brought my car to them early in the morning about 8 o’clock cause they open at 7. My car was sitting up there for 7 to 8 hours for him to not call me at all for an update or when he was done. The second time I called it was 4 o’clock almost 5 when they closed and I asked was my car done getting looked at and he gone say “Oh yeah, you have a bad compressor.” Took 7 hours for him to tell me that when not one time did he call me about my car. I called him then when I called from the beginning for the service they told me $60/tax and $64/tax . Then the man got attitude with because I said that’s not what you told me on the phone. He gone say plus tax plus tax and gone said with an attitude you mad over $4 extra and repeated his self I ignored him. I don’t argue and plus I felt unsafe. So I paid the money because I didn’t want problems but this place is the most unprofessional place there is in Millington and I’m never going back!"

"I dropped my car off around noon yesterday, was given a diagnostic at 4:30 pm. Dropped the part I needed off at 7am the next morning and it was completed before I started work at 11am. Amazing service by Eric done in 24hrs. If I ever need service again, I know where I'm going."
