"Called to arrange a quote for a custom shower door. Listened to extensive voice mail about how they lack office help and work they will and will not do. Left one message, called back two other times with no return call. It was unfortunate that I was not able to do business locally."

"Called and asked about a rock chip repair. Said I could bring it Friday between 9-5. Well it’s now past 10 and nobody is here."

"Dropped off a mirror for a medicine cabinet to be replaced and 4 wks later it was done. She told me when I dropped it off that they do “this kind of work on Friday” and it would be ready the following week. I kept calling to check on it and was told more than once that they had “more important work to do and they would get to it”. When I went to pick it up, the job isn’t even finished. They didn’t attach the mirror to the back like it was when I dropped it off, just used Scotch tape to hold it and told me to do it when I got home. The mirror is also not cut square or the size it’s supposed to be. I was told “it’s close”. They are rude and do not do quality work. When I walked in, there was no one at the desk. When she came out, her cell phone was ringing and she told me to hold on while she answered. Took over 5 mins and her yelling back and forth with someone in the back. If I could give them less than one star I would. I do not recommend this place."
