"I drive all the way from Valley View In Jonesboro for service. Their diesel mechanics are great-unlike the Jonesboro stealership!"
"They did a good job. Very nice to there customers. I LOVE MY NEW CAR"
"I had my 2020 Dodge Tradesman (diesel) pickup taken to Bayird after it inadvertently was filled with GASOLINE! They worked me in as expeditiously as possible and dedicated themselves to repair what could have been a disaster. The potentially HORRIBLE experience was handled in a totally professional manner. They had me on the road again, and the price was well within the total price I was quoted. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE !!! JOEY AUSTIN Paragould, AR"
"You have a lousy service department. I have had three instances where I feel like I was totally screwed. It won't happen again. I will find some place else to work on my vehicles. First, normal people come in there, they no nothing about car repairs. Have to be able to trust and take your word for what is wrong with the vehicle. The first time I came in there my truck had a little jump. The mechanic said i needed a tune up so I said go ahead. After I got the truck back it still had the jump. $650 later the same mechanic said oh well must be in the computer. If he had said a tune up or maybe the computer I might have thought twice about the expensive tune up. A few months later my check engine light came on. I brought it in to be checked. They brought me back a statement saying I had a small evaporation leak and it would cost $3000 to repair. All it took to repair was $35 gas cap.i believe i will find I can trust to do my car repairs. Thank you."
"Josh worked to get our payments in our budget range for a whole day, he made sure we walked out happy and satisfied. Will definitely be going back to him."
