"I had a wreak almost if not in Manila limits and was charged 486.00. Tried to get it out the next day said they were open till 5. They got there at 4 on a Friday and they were closed. I guess they needed it to stay the weekend so they could get more money. Who cares if my glasses and other items were in the car. So I could not see while in hospital. What happened to love they neighbor. I guess money is the root of all evil."

"Were treated very poorly. My mom was in the hospital and my dad went to go get the car so he wouldn’t have to pay $30 a day for “storage” fee. He calls and they close at 4 so the average Joe isn’t even off work yet. He asks if they can wait just ten minutes because he is on his way and the guy said to call him back in ten. So he does and is almost there and no one answers. He keeps calling and a woman answers and says we close at 4 and hangs up on him. Now since they aren’t open on the weekend we have to pay 30 for Sat. And 30 for Sunday on top of the over $300 towing charge. Sad customer service and a waisted trip for my dad. Now my poor mom that’s still in the hospital is without her glasses and other items that were left in her car after the wreck. Maybe they will answer their phones on Monday."
