"Dr Joe is amazing he won't sell you something you don't need, will explain everything in words you can understand. He will set a payment plan if you can't afford to pay for your entire procedure at once. Dr Joe will make sure the work is done right before you ever leave the office and always takes as much time to explain what needs to be done so you understand just what is going on. I would not go to anyone else!"

"I have never had any problems with Dr. Widner whatsoever. His receptionist, Mitzy, however has always been rude. I referred my boyfriend to Dr. Widner to have his wisdom tooth pulled. While he was there, he mentioned that I referred him to the receptionist. (Backstory: I haven’t been able to see Dr. Widner in over a year because I missed too many appointments) After he mentioned me, Mitzy preceded to place my chart on the counter right in front of my boyfriend, showed him my chart (which showed my xrays and personal info), and showed him all of the appointments I missed. That is a violation of my privacy and hippa laws. I called Dr. Widner and told him all of this and he acted as though he didn’t believe me. My boyfriend and his brother were both in the waiting room to witness Mitzy doing this. I have always loved Dr. Widner but I would be very wary of trusting Mitzy with your personal information."

His staff gives excellent customer service and his bedside manner is one that more medical professionals should try to attain.
