"Horrible experience. Our 2017 Hyundai SanteFe was rear ended. This was the place recommended by the instance of the driver who hit us. It’s like they wanted to punish us again for being in front of their car while they were driving! Because service king (which is in the process of a name change to something else I don’t remember what) is garbage. Kept our car for a full month did not hear from them one time. When I finally called after 30 days to check the status they said oh it’s will be ready tomorrow. (Seems sketchy and fishy af) wait no calls and it’s ready the day I call. Yeah I don’t believe it! But what’s worse now we are having massive problems with this car that never existed. They had to replace the back door. Now it won’t open consistently. The back up camera randomly comes on while driving. There is some sort of weird electric issue causing the cars lights and the heat or AC to pulse. They said they took it for a 10 min test drive and it didn’t do any of those things. So now I have to wait until June for Hyundai to get me into an appointment. Service King this isn’t over. This is the beginning. I won’t let you get away with this."
"10/10 experience from start to finish with the team here at Service King. We got extra extra lucky the car was completed earlier than originally scheduled AND get this- the entire interior of the car had been vacuumed. I was so shocked, I had to walk back in and ask if that was standard with repair service and Jason proudly said yes and gave a huge shoutout to James, a team member who takes pride in this part of the service. Props to Jason and his team for curating a professional, customer first experience!! Doreen, despite being newer in her position, was extremely helpful in setting up my car drop-off and managing the appointment. Amanda was super informative at pickup reviewing all the paperwork we all might otherwise throw away before reading. Both ladies are so pleasant each and every time I spoke to them! Given the circumstances of the reason people visit Service King I hope not to be back anytime soon, however if ever there is a time, I would absolutely schedule a repair at this SK location!!!"
"Took my wife's car in for service. Had it for nearly two months for front end damage. Had to call repeatedly for an update and only finished because we told them we were moving. Upon arrival for pickup, the front fog lights were not working. They told us there was an electrical issue. Of course there was, the front end was in an accident. Headlights worked fine upon drop off and I had installed led bulbs right before the accident. Noticed the bulbs were changed out to standard bulbs. Questioned them about the led bulbs and they tried to tell me there were no led lights ever installed. I am still unclear why they touched the headlight s at all as they were undamaged. They also swapped out our battery, which was under warranty, and charged us full price for the battery. Supposedly, it's not covered by the accident. I refused the car as is. Had to return the next day for pickup after the repairs to the fog lights were made and discovered my led lights were installed again. Very odd how they were the exact ones that I had installed myself. Very shady repair shop stay away. If they steal from my car, then lie about it, they will do the same to yours. Staff was super friendly until called out for the theft. After that they were very rude and just wanted us gone. Upon driving home noticed the breaks were damaged in the accident. Paid out of pocket to have them repaired elsewhere. I wouldn't trust these guys to work on anything."
"Took my vehicle to have the bumper guard replaced after being rear ended. Have used Service King in the past for a major repair of the front of this car. Took two weeks to complete. From the start of this repair, setting up an estimate to completion was a major headache. Waited a week to get the estimate after insurance adjuster did his estimate and told me it was a simple two day job. Left work early to make the appointment. After talking to the service tech, he informed me that the insurance company had made the estimate and I didn't need them to do one. He would get the paperwork from the insurance company and call me the next day. I waited until the end of the next day without a call. I called only to be told he could not locate the paperwork. The same thing happened for the next several days with no communication except when I called at the end of the day. Finally I was told they had the paperwork and I needed to call to schedule the repair. I was given an appointment 5 weeks away. After dropping the car off on the appointment day, I waited a week to call to check on the status of the repair. I was given a date of a week for the completion of the repair. With no communication with Service King except when I called, almost five weeks after dropping my car off, the repair was completed. The insurance company covering the cost and providing a rental car for me was given a date of completion two weeks after the car was dropped off for the repair. At that completion date, they canceled the rental car and I was without a car for over two weeks. Unless you enjoy nightmares, don't use this Service King. I never will!"
