"I call Bromley before I took my car to them to be fixed and asked what was the turn around time to be repaired. They told me two weeks out. So I took my car to them thinking they would be the shortest option swing as though everyone else was 2-4 months out. I was WRONG. After 2 weeks I heard nothing from Bromley. I called several times checking on the status of my car. The receptionist kept lying about the status of my car. Finally I asked to speak to the manager, he told me that he had been backed up and didn’t even stay on my car. I told him how disappointed I was and that the receptionist kept lying to me. He said I was the second person that week that called and complained. Here it is a month later and they are still playing games with my car. The insurance company paid for a detail and all they did was vacuumed it out. This whole experience was a nightmare dealing with Bromley.and they are way too expensive to take forever to do the work. My Dome lights and headlights were working when I took my car there, now I have an electrical issue and my dim lights and Dome lights don’t work. Derrick is now refusing to fix my car after being paid over 7,000 because I had an issue with how disrespectful and unprofessional his receptionist was."
