"Repeat client. Great prices and fast repairs. They found another repair and called me to see if I wanted it done and since it was my brake pads I said yes. I've found over the years that Mechanics can get frustrated when being barraged with questions in a negative tone that its best to befriend them and treat them kindly. I've never had an issue at Fleet and all people should be treated as you want to be treated NICE! Speaking from a Mom who's Daughter was an auto mechanic who was not treated well by her fellow employees!! Sad."
"Highly do not recommend this car shop. Manager in the office and mechanic are beyond rude and disrespectful. Check previous reviews they talk to paying customers like trash. They make repairs on your car without consent and charge you for it. They would not release my mother car until she paid for 2 fans that was put on her car without approval. We are all trying to make it out here with pricing rising. It was beyond distasteful to fix something without someone consent and hold they car hostage. I hope my mom take them to civil court. I have proof of videos how nasty they were I wish I could share them here. Please don’t get ripped off taking your car here."
"Did a great job on my brakes and rotors and cost 1/4 the price, that Rockie Williams dealership would of charged and didn't try sell extra, unnecessary, work, that Rockie Williams tried to push on me. The staff are also very kind and patient with you. Will definitely be making this my main go-to shop, from now on"
"This place is the worst to take your vehicle. I was restoring a classic Chevy and because I’m young I got called curse words by the owner because I was wondering why the price kept going up on what I was supposed to pay. At the end of the day. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL AND full of LIARS. They’ll do stuff to your vehicle without your approval."
