"This facility does not deserve a one star, in order to leave a comment I had to hit the star. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed with oral surgery this morning. She was put to sleep but woke through the procedure, she held her hand up to let the staff know she was awake. My daughter was instructed to put her hands down they were almost done. I will not recommend this place to anyone. My child was scared to death as it was and had to go through feeling everything is ridiculous. YOUR OFFICE NEEDS TO MAKE SURE YOUR PATIENTS ARE FULLY PUT TO SLEEP, NO ONE WANTS TO FEEL THE PAIN SHE HAD TO FEEL. Then had to pay for the services. I think a refund needs to be made, cause you sure didn't do nothing but cause pain on top of pain. Our experience was terrible, this place is awful."

"My teeth have been a problem for some time, and when I was finally told that my insurance covers oral surgery, I was needless to say excited. Then after getting the day of my surgery changed twice, putting me in a position to be still heading at my birthday and holidays. Very disappointed."
