"First time getting serviced here - didn't make a good impression! Set up an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. Arrived about 10 minutes early. 2.5 hours later I finally got my car back and there were little white flecks of something left on the center console, seat, and floorboard. You need to manage your workload better so you don't waste your customers' time. Got the 3 oil change deal, so I'll be back two more times. Hopefully this was an anomaly or my business will go elsewhere."

No diagnostic of what will be required on the future for my car service or any future service recommendations. I have done my car service 3 times before and the attention was better than this past appointment they need to improve customer care."
