"Bought tires that were on rebate at the time they were installed. The guy verified that everything was legit before installing them. Once I paid, i was handed the receipt and rebate form. Went to do my rebate online well needless to say, the guy who gave me the rebate form knew that it was expired and told me to go ahead and use it to mail in my rebate so I did. Then I get an email stating that it had been declined because the form was expired, so now I'm out of a $250 rebate that was confirmed and confirmed a second time that everything was all good on submitting it. Called the rebate center and they basically told me that I would have to contact the Goodyear service center where I purchased my tires and that they would have to fix the rebate. So I called and talked to Jake about what was said and he basically told me that there was nothing he could do. So I will never buy tires from this shop again."

"My daughter had a flat tire in the rain. Called good year to see if they had one and explained my situation. Took the tire down there with my daughter waiting at the car. They had me out of there in ten minutes. That's customer service. Thank you guys!"

"Came in for A/C recharge and was greeted by Jake. He let me know that they were already pretty busy that morning and asked if I was on a time crunch as he would see if he could fit me in. He set expectations that it would be about an hour wait. I was in and out within that timeframe and my car is back to blowing out ice cold air after weeks of blowing warm air in this extreme heat."

"I pulled in with my tire rapidly losing air, Jake did his meet and greet and pulled my truck into a bay. Jake took it upon himself to repair my tire!! I was in and out of there in 5 minutes or less!! Incredible service and very professional!! Jake you are the Man!! Totally awesome experience!! I will definitely go back for all my auto needs!!"

"Extremely professional and quick service. I had all my tires replaced and a week later I ran over a screw. Brought it into get patch up and they got it in and out in 30 min at no charge. I will be bringing both vehicles here for service from now on."
