"I have been a patient here since 2018 and I never had a problem with Dr.Tran or the dental hygienist or dental assistants. They have always been nice and friendly to me. Unfortunately, since they have hired new people to work the front the vibe has been different. I feel like the new receptionist that they have is very rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t able to make it to my two dental cleanings due to certain circumstances that I am going through in life and I wasn’t able to call and let them know in advance. So I was a no call no show twice. My FAULT, I know. But I called them to reschedule and I was told since I was no called, no show twice that I would have to call the day that I am available to see if they can fit me in or I could walk in and see if they could take me in. So it’s not a guarantee if they could fit me in or not. And when I was on the phone with her she wanted to hang up on me so quick, like she didn’t want to deal with me. I never had this problem before with the other receptionist that use to work there. She was always professional and understanding. So as much as I hate to have another dentist, because Dr. Tran always did an amazing job. I will be taking my services elsewhere."
